As the children walk into the classroom, they’re already curious. “What are we playing today?” someone asks with excitement.

 

 

We start with our hello song: waving, clapping, and moving to the rhythm. It’s a simple routine, but it helps everyone settle in and feel ready to speak and play.

 

 

Today’s theme is The Farm, so we dive right into the world of animals. With flashcards and little surprises hidden in a box, the kids take turns guessing: Is it a pig? A horse?

 

Their faces light up when they get it right. We gallop like horses, waddle like ducks, and roll in the “mud” like happy little pigs. Laughter fills the room as they repeat the words.

 

To wrap up, we gather for a short story, pointing out the animals and acting out their sounds one last time. Before we know it, the hour is over. A cheerful “Clean up!” song signals the end, and as they leave. Another day of learning through play.
