In this activity, we enhance our creativity and improve our artistic skills while having a great time speaking English.

 

 

Learning English from an early age helps children naturally integrate the language into their daily lives. Through fun and engaging activities, kids absorb English effortlessly while stimulating their imagination and artistic abilities.

 

In class, we focus on improving fine motor skills: we practice cutting, combining colors, integrating different materials and techniques, and coloring within the lines. At the same time, we learn vocabulary related to the activity, which is often inspired by seasonal celebrations and current festivities.

 

 

We also encourage teamwork, teaching children the importance of helping and supporting each other. Everyone from the same table shares materials, assists their classmates, and acknowledges each other’s progress, celebrating achievements together.

 

Are you ready for today’s activity?

 

As we do every day, we have gathered in teams around the colorful tables of our classroom. First, we listened to the instructions. Carnival is just around the corner, and today we are decorating our costume masks! A volunteer from each table collected the necessary materials from the teacher’s desk and distributed them among their teammates. For today’s craft, we needed glue sticks, crepe paper, scissors, stickers, glitter, and the masks we prepared in our last class.

 

 

 

With everything ready, we got to work!

 

Some of us needed a little help from our classmates or the teacher, after all, we are still learning, but little by little, we are becoming real artists. After spending a long time carefully cutting, gluing colorful paper, and decorating with stickers, we finally completed our masterpieces. Each mask turned out unique and original, they look amazing! No one will recognize us when we wear them!

 

Finally, we tidied up the classroom, which is always a bit of a challenge, but we’ve learned that everyone enjoys working in a clean and organized space.

 

 

As you can see, we have a fantastic time together.
